A Nursing Degree.
A CGFNS Certificate.
A Visa Screen Certificate.
TOEFL score of 540 (paper based) or 207
(computer based).
TSE score of 50.
TWE score of 4.0.

Foreign trained nurses with extensive clinical and supervisory experience
may also qualify for H1 B visa.
